Arabic schools in Brunei Darussalam were established for the people of the country to learn knowledge of the world and the hereafter. The matter was stated by the Minister of Religious Affairs during a working visit by the Ministry of Religious Affairs delegation to Arabic schools for the admission of new Sanah 5 students. The visit was held at Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Arabic School in Rimba, 8th January morning. According to Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman, learning two streams is a modality of religious education that has formally introduced the integration of lessons in religious schools called Arabic Schools.
The visit aimed to take a closer look at the implementation of activities for the admission of new students to Arabic schools as well as the school's preparedness in terms of administration, student welfare, infrastructure and curriculum implementation to be in line with the Ministry's policies and aspirations in line with the goal of producing a generation who are knowledgeable and successful, faithful and morally upright.
